Cultural Intelligence as an Operational Capability in Hybrid & Cognitive Environments
Interpreting how culture, cognition, and influence shape strategic behavior within complex adaptive environments.
My work integrates strategic intelligence, behavioral analysis, and cultural interpretation to examine how perception, incentives, institutional dynamics, and influence structures shape decision-making within complex organizational and geopolitical environments.
Drawing on more than two decades of experience across multinational corporations, global research organizations, and strategic advisory environments, I developed and led intelligence capabilities supporting strategic interpretation, foresight, and organizational decision-making under conditions of uncertainty and complexity.
My current doctoral research in military sciences extends these operational perspectives through interdisciplinary inquiry into Cultural Intelligence, hybrid conflict, and cognitive environments.
